Zoo Live has no accounts. Your phone gets a random code so we can apply fair-use limits and count how busy the night was. It is not linked to your name, phone number or email.

Messages and photos. Anything you send is checked automatically before it can appear on the screens inside the venue. Photos can only be taken with the camera at the time you send them — there is no way to upload an old picture.

Photos are deleted. Photos are kept for a short period set by the venue (7 days by default, up to 30) and are then permanently removed. Only anonymous totals remain.

We never use facial recognition, try to identify you, guess your age, gender or background from a photo, store face data, or collect your precise location.

We do not collect an email address or phone number to use Zoo Live. If we ever offer Zoo news and offers, it will be a separate, optional choice.
